Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of laundrynerd.life and the services provided by LAUNDRY NERD INC ("we," "our," or "us"), including self-service laundry, Wash & Fold, and dry cleaning.

2. Description of Services

We provide self-service laundry facilities, Wash & Fold drop-off services, and professional dry cleaning. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

3. Self-Service Laundry Terms

Customers must use equipment properly, check all pockets before loading machines, and remove laundry promptly after cycles. Lost and found items are held for 30 days.

4. Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning Terms

Minimum order: 10 lbs for Wash & Fold. Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours. Orders not picked up within 7 days incur a $1.00/day storage fee. After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated or discarded.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed on our Services page and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service (self-service) or at pickup (Wash & Fold/Dry Cleaning).

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

LAUNDRY NERD INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: Items left in machines or on premises. Damage caused by foreign objects left in pockets (coins, keys, pens, lighters). Shrinkage beyond industry-standard allowances (3-5%). Color bleeding, fading, or damage to delicate fabrics.

Maximum Liability: Limited to the lesser of: (a) cost of repair/replacement at current market value, (b) ten (10) times the cost of the cleaning service, or (c) the amount actually paid.

Claims Process: Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of pickup, accompanied by the original receipt and photographic evidence.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt informal resolution via email (cmley576431@gmail.com) for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Broward County, FL. CLASS ACTION WAIVER APPLIES.
